The Short Version

The reporting is reconciled and steady, this week we cleared the CRM items your team raised, and we are ready to move on the bigger builds we lined up last call.

The marketing board reconciles and Meta delivery has held, so the base is solid. This week we sorted the two things the sales team flagged. The bigger pieces from our last call are queued and ready: the daily revenue and booking reconciliation tied to Titan DMS, clean invoice and quote deliverability through a dedicated sender, and the commission and reward console. A few of those need a quick input from you to start, all listed at the end, and the assistant at the foot answers questions on any of it.

01The Picture Today

The foundation is solid, which is what lets us move on the bigger builds.

Reporting reconciles

The marketing board ties out end to end and matches the database, trustworthy for budget calls.

Delivery is steady

Meta prospecting has delivered daily this month, confirmed against live data.

The team is heard

The items your sales team raised this week were picked up the same day and worked through.

02Cleared This WeekDelivered

Led by the things your reps raised, because the system working for them is the point.

Two reps on one customer

  • Niall flagged that two jobs for one customer could not hold two reps
  • We traced it to how ownership is set across a customer's jobs
  • There is a clean setting that lets each job keep its own rep
  • Ready to switch on with your go-ahead

Missing RO numbers

  • Entered RO numbers were showing as a dash on older jobs
  • Found the cause: the nightly sync skipped updates to older jobs
  • The fix brings those older jobs back into the sync
  • Going in now, then checked against the flagged jobs

Lead source clarity

  • Marking each lead as Meta form or landing page
  • Make, model, year, and package land in their own fields
  • The working automations are left untouched
  • Cleaner source picture without breaking anything

The board stays reconciled

  • The marketing board ties out from spend to revenue
  • The daily dashboard check is coming back clear
  • Deal Details stays current with the time filters
  • Nothing drifting under the surface

03The Bigger Builds We Lined UpReady to move

Scoped and ready from our last call. Most need a single input from you to begin.

01

Revenue & Booking Reconciliation

Automate the daily reconciliation so the dashboards show actual paid invoices tied to Titan DMS, and retire the manual spreadsheet.

Needs: the detail from Amsil, or an intro so we can ask him directly
02

Clean Invoice Deliverability

A dedicated sender wired into GHL on a clean subdomain, so quotes and invoices land in the inbox, not spam.

Needs: the Mailgun account opened on your side
03

Commission & Reward Console

A console showing each rep's commission and rewards against their jobs, built on your actual pay rules.

Needs: the commission and reward structure
04

Speed to Lead

Tighten response time: clear the spam so the metric is true, and close the weekend gap so callbacks stop slipping.

Needs: spam leads marked, and weekend coverage confirmed

04The Numbers, Trustworthy

The reconciliation that makes the board a dependable base for the budget call.

Reconciled to Meta and your deals

Validated

Leads and spend were checked against Meta directly, and the closed revenue ties to the board, so the marketing view holds together.

05What We Need From YouTo Start

A short list, each one starts a build that is otherwise ready to go.

  1. Calum · Open
Open the Mailgun account. Any company email works, it is just to create it. Once it is live we wire it into GHL and the spam problem ends.
  2. Calum · Send
The commission and reward structure. How reps are paid on each job, so we build the console around your actual rules.
  3. Calum · Introduce
An intro to Amsil, or his answers to three questions. Where revenue comes from and any manual entry, how it reconciles to Titan DMS and how often, and how bookings are recorded.
  4. Calum · Action
Clear the spam leads and confirm weekend coverage. So the speed-to-lead figure is true and callbacks stop slipping at weekends.
  5. Calum · Go-ahead
Go-ahead on per-job rep ownership. The quick yes to switch on what Niall asked for.
